I have a two-storey house with built in 1986. What changes can I do to upgrade and increase my resale value?
High Level – 1 master with 3 small / 4 bathrooms, 2 results bedrooms, 1 bathroom standard level – lower level room and kitchen – office, 3 / 4 bath and living room with fireplace. We recently had a new roof and walls and plan to put in gardens to the front for "curb appeal" in the spring. Meanwhile, we hoped to get some ideas on how to fix the DIY-style house. Initial thoughts are: 1) Replacing vinyl flooring in all bathrooms with ceramic tiles. 2) Finishing the cabinets kitchen (those of all the wood) 3) Put in laminated wood floors in the kitchen. 4) Replacement of equipment (all are probably 10 years old) if there is more money. Any advice or other suggestions.
Remodeling the kitchen is not your best "bang for the buck" people actually look at the kitchen when looking for a home, a date for the kitchen is your best choice!
