lower back and sciatica?
I am a gardener, recently stopped working for 3 weeks in private physio treatment 1 month back at work I'm twisted with pain and difficulty walking again.my says doctors must be signed off work until he calms down, I worry about the time off work yet again.any help what to do in this situation is appreciated by you. please sensible answers only.thank you.am in the UK
Physiotherapist is a good start but can be quite painful. Get a second opinion from a chiropractor. They see things differently and can adapt better. In the rest of time is all you can.
