cut landscaping bricks

What can I do to give our house some curb appeal? (pic)?
My husband and I just bought this fixer upper and need help to decide what to do with the outside. Http: / / img.photobucket.com/albums/v116/MikeNBreeCan2/IMG00019.jpg Would paint the brick? Cal? Mancha? or just leave peace? What colors do you want to paint the shutters and doors? What about landscaping and trees? Should we cut some down? Thanks for your suggestions! Bree
Hi Bree! Keep trees, like setting up (take the right side of the largest loss of trees and clean the smallest one to see the trunk and bark quite a bit – let the branches of the canopy on the catwalk:)! Brick is beautiful, if needed, power washing. Next, paint the shutters and trim black to accent the windows and make it look prestigious. Power, weeds and water the lawn! Add a black light on a pole at its entrance, and then the smaller the path / entrance (you can easily buy solar lights anywhere you buy home improvement). Paint your door entry to accent a warm color – choose a color in the brick, be bold, to be darker – like a red. That's good for one entry. Then add flowers – around the base of trees is a good start – the use of color door to drive your color scheme. Now put a seat or seats invitation on the front porch with a plant potted. Black (looking wrought iron, but aluminum) metal window boxes to warm it up, too, with hanging plants draping down. Just remember, make it to "invite" – that's what it is curb appeal. Good luck!
