What is the cheapest way Bush / Shrub gardens you can get for around a house?
I need something that can be cut and is about 24 "tall.
I do not know exactly the type of shrub in your area, but I can say from experience that the shrubs are generally more Cheap of the worst in many respects. They grow too big, die easily, are prone to infestation, etc. when I tried to buy cheaper and regrets as I dug up all the dead and dying plants each year. You'd better buy some more plants, a few at a time, as you pay them, then purchasing a lot garbage. Reserach those in your area, and its maximum height, then buy quality, will be much happier in a few years.
