What is the landscaping actually increase the property value?
I bought a house a year ago, since then, I have added landscaping. Flores, borders the same, shrubs etc in the front and back yard. I'm working hard on it with my children because I want my garden look good and I know that raises property values … But how much? Experts in Real Estate and what adds value and how much value added? Ok, I'm not an expert but I do know one sure thing, after studying various aspects of the real estate and investment in the last 10 years …. Landscaping raises value … though limited, but it does. My question is how much. I know half a trillion other things that can add value to my home and landscaping …. more value than but that wasn't my question.
I do not know if it adds value. I think it adds to the saleability of your home. You can get full price for your home immediately and the neighbor down the street with the same house, have to wait to sell or reduce its price without landscaping.
