What rights do I have to enter my house which is rented?
If I travel all across the country to visit the city where my property rent. It is managed by a management company of the property. I want to have access to housing for most of two days of service, repair and inspection of all aspects of the house. I plan to hire a maintenance staff to stain decks, revision of the roof, clean rain gutters, minor landscaping, painting, etc, etc, etc. What rights do I have to do this work? I need access to both the exterior and interior of the house for about 6 hours 2 days time. What kind of ad I can give? Some tips are greatly appreciated.
I call them and let them know that they will be in town and I like to do some work on the property and since it is only in that week are being given a courtesy call. If you do not have the number to then send a letter and give them one weeks notice you will be there with a practical man, who call you and make sure you can with them to enter property. Do not want to run in a vicious dog.
